By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products

• Description: We sell 3D-printed products made from polylactic acid (PLA). PLA is a biodegradable plastic that may break if handled roughly, dropped, or bent.
• Usage: Our products are designed for general use but may not withstand heavy impacts or rough handling.

3. Safety and Use

• Warning: Our products are not intended for consumption. Do not eat any of our products.
• Child Safety: Keep our products out of reach of children aged 4 years or younger. They may pose a choking hazard.

4. Orders and Payment

• Order Processing: All orders are processed in accordance with our production and shipping schedules. Confirmation of your order will be sent to your provided email address.
• Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of purchase. 

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated and added to your total at checkout.
• Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times are provided but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

6.   Returns and Refunds

Return Policy: We accept returns only within 7 days of delivery. To request a return, email us at Support@ampmediastore.com with the following details:

• Order Number
• Proof of Delivery Date
• Reason for Return

State of Return: Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Products damaged from rough play, drops, or bending are not eligible for return or refund. Returns may be rejected if the reason does not qualify under our policy.

Defective Products: If the product has a defect, please provide clear photos of the defect along with your return request. This helps us understand the issue and expedite the resolution.

Buyer’s Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with returning the product. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged Box: If the delivery box is damaged upon arrival, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at Support@ampmediastore.com. We’ll work to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

• Warranty: Our products are sold "as is" with no warranty beyond the return policy stated above. We do not guarantee that products will withstand impacts or rough handling.
